Paying tribute to the funk- and disco-inspired Bollywood of the '70s, Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai will be offering at least one throwback song in their upcoming movie, 'Action Replayy.' Directed by Vipul Shah, 'Action Replayy' is a time traveling thriller based on a Gujarati play, in which the characters are thrown back to the Mumbai (then Bombay) of the 1950s. The two singing stars, last seen together in 'Khakee,' will reunite to bring audiences back to the day of John Travolta's performance in 'Saturday Night Fever.'

Kumar and Rai will be paying homage to five particular couples of that Bollywood era: Amitabh-Jaya, Dharmendra-Hema, Rishi Kapoor-Neetu Singh, Rajesh-Mumtaz and Shashi Kapoor-Parveen Babi. Shah has stated that "this song will start in a playful manner and then goes on to salute the stylish romance that was a trademark of the 1970s."
