Aishwarya was down with fever and could have done with a day off. But out of consideration for co-star Hrithik Roshan, she slogged through the day, instead of resting while shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish.

Apparently, she didn’t want Hrithik to waste his dates. Despite being sick, she was asked to report to the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish and she did not throw any tantrums.

The unit expected her to report a bit late, but she arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time.A unit member said, “Aishwarya was down with fever for two days. She carried on shooting despite her poor health to make it convenient for Hrithik as it was the last two days of his first schedule and she didn’t want to waste his dates.”
