Aishwarya Rai could be seen playing former Pakistan premier Benazir Bhutto in a biographical movie.
The 35-year-old is in talks with UTV which is behind the project.

The producers have asked Nilesh Misra of Jism, Johnny Gaddar and Jannat fame to write the script. There is a lot of homework to be done on the film. At the moment talks are in progress with the Pakistani government and other officials to get permission to go ahead with the film, a UTV official has been quoted as saying.
Earlier, Tariq Ali was to make a film on the slain politician. However, the project, which had Shabana Azmi in the lead role, was shelved.
