When it comes to Aishwarya Rai baby news, Aish and Amitabh Bachchan's first child together was considered the most talked about in Bollywood. Recently, one site looked at which other Bollywood babies were big news in 2011. The Aishwarya Rai baby, has been affectionately referred to as "Beti B," or more recently, "Bitiya." The baby girl born on November 16th, has yet to receive a real name over a month later. Not only that, but Aishwarya and Amitabh, as well as grandfather Abhishek, have been careful not to give out any public videos or photos. With that said, many are expecting to finally see the child sometime in 2012.
The Times of India website points out that Beti B isn't the only Bollywood baby born this past year though. Several other Bollywood couples are on their list of important celebs who had babies. For example, Amir Khan and Kiran Rao, had a baby boy, albeit through a surrogate mother. Others who had babies this past year included Mandira Bedi with Raj Kaushal, Sohal Khan with Seema Sachdev, and Anoushka Shankar with Joe Wright. All of them deserve blessings for bringing new bundles of joy in the world!
In addition, Shilpa Shetty is pregnant and will be having her first child with her husband in 2012. So while Aishwarya Rai and Amitabh Bachchan's baby, Beti B, is going to continue to be talked about quite a bit in the coming year, it's important not to forget that other Bollywood celebrities are being blessed with babies!
