Chak De India Gave Honor To Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan

"Chak De India” dug honors the “Bollywood Oscars” win nods for best film, director and actor for his look at how issues of religion, class and gender play in the national sports.The film tells the story of a Muslim captain of the Indian team field hockey leaving the game after being falsely accused of launching a World Cup match against Pakistan.

After the disappearance of seven years, he returned to coach the Indian women of the team, leading them to a victory of the World Cup of their own.The script won a screenwriter Jaideep Sahni award for best story, while Shimit Amin took best director and star Shah Rukh Khan best actor.

The film was among a series of films presented at the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA), which was separated from the splashy musicals that made famous Bollywood, for the fight against the tougher issues in formats with a more comprehensive.Vivek Oberoi, who picked up a gong for best performance in a negative role for “Shootout at Lokhandwala, said he believes that the trend in India was to produce films that could attract an international audience.

Oberoi said filmmakers focus on “more comprehensive concepts and ideas that go beyond the borders of India because the viewers and the public have reached beyond the borders of India.”Despite the emphasis on non-musicals produced in large numbers dance stole the spotlight.
